The people behind Mikro Bageri Shop have been familiar with various leading importers in the cooking, baking, and grilling industry for decades.

We bought our house in Gräsmark (near Sunne) around 2021 and emigrated shortly thereafter.

After selling our import business in the Netherlands, we began selling high-quality ROFCO ovens, dough boxes, and mixers. MikroBageri.shop officially became a company in 2024.

In 2025 we start as importer and rpresentative of the brand ATLAS CRAFT electric brick ovens.

Our passion lies in cooking and baking. We learned to bake bread in the cast-iron Petromax "Dutch Oven." This is where our love for baking bread with sourdough was born.

In Sweden, I had the time to take bread baking to the next level. By reading many books on bread baking and, of course, spending a lot of time baking myself, I learned all the tricks of the trade.

I baked all the breads in the small kitchen oven. Nothing wrong with that.......
The downside was that for a week's supply of bread, you had to run the kitchen oven almost all day. This was very time-consuming and energy-intensive.
In Sweden, I started looking for an electric brick oven. I could choose between a kitchen oven and a professional bakery oven. I couldn't find an oven that was officially represented in Sweden.

The ROFCO brand soon appeared. These ovens are right in the middle range.

With the two brands we now represent, we cover a wide range of bakers, the hospitality industry and home bakers.
