The ATLAS BASIC 3 is equipped with three spacious baking bricks measuring 48 x 48 cm, providing a total baking surface of 0.69 m². Thanks to the generous height of 19 cm, you can effortlessly bake large artisan loaves. The temperature can be set individually for each baking tray. The average baking tray temperature can reach up to 256 degrees. Often, the air temperature is even higher, allowing you to bake various types of bread and pastries simultaneously. To maximize your baking surface, the steam racks can be mounted directly to the wall!
Perfect visibility and well-thought-out steam control
Each level is equipped with bright lighting and a large viewing window, allowing you to closely monitor the baking process without opening the oven door or losing heat.
Optional steam trays are available for a crispy crust and perfect oven rise. Thanks to the easy-to-operate steam vent, you can remove moisture in a controlled manner at exactly the right moment.
