Independent Steam Generator
A separate heating and sensor unit generates steam outside the oven body and then injects it cleanly into the oven.
No oven chamber cooling during steaming.
Works at any baking temperature, even low-temperature baking.

Easy if you place the bread dough on the stone floor. When your loaves are ready, simply slide the wooden shelves into the oven and remove them.
